World suicide prevention day September 10th, 2024

World Suicide Prevention Day, observed on September 10th, presents a vital opportunity to foster environments where meaningful conversations can flourish, ultimately aiding in mental health and suicide prevention. In our current era, marked by unique challenges and uncertainties, it is more critical than ever to promote mental well-being and create spaces where everyone feels heard, valued, and supported. To mark this day, COPE Scotland have created a resource offering ideas on how we can create spaces for more meaningful conversations to help each other get through the strange times we still find ourselves living in.
