Reports from the Jigsaw project and a mind map

The Jigsaw Lid Engagement Toolkit

COPE Scotland developed the Jigsaw Lid Engagement Toolkit through collaboration with a local community, third sector groups, individuals with lived experience, and GPs. This initiative was part of a primary care transformation project focused on enhancing community support for those with moderate and enduring mental health issues.

Project Insights

The comprehensive reports from this project offer valuable insights for others working in community settings. They detail strategies for effective community support and highlight the importance of incorporating voices of lived experience.

Ideal Community Mental Health Service

Additionally, a Mind Map is included, illustrating the services and qualities deemed essential by those with lived experiences to create an ideal community mental health service. This helps guide service providers in offering empathetic and effective support.

Pyramid of Characteristics

This pyramid of characteristics is what people living with mental health challenges sought from health and social care providers.

Kirsty Montgomery

Hi, I’m Kirsty!

The designer behind Kirsty M Design.

I love small businesses and working with business owners to build websites that support their dreams is such an awesome part of my job! Why let the huge faceless corporations have all the fun (and the money)? Your small business can make a huge difference but it needs a smart website to support it.
