Following the success of the Battery Dude exercise, (you can find out more about that here)  which encouraged reflection on personal energy levels, we are excited to introduce the Confidence Dude. This is part of our Confidence Counts Campaign, generously funded by the National Lottery Awards for All. This innovative tool invites you to explore what confidence means to you, identify factors that diminish it, and discover strategies to enhance it. This PDF can be downloaded and edited.

This activity helps you reflect on essential elements within your control that can help foster and boost your confidence effectively. This PDF can be downloaded and edited allowing for personalized input and ongoing adjustments. Further instructions on how to use the Lid are conveniently located on the reverse side, ensuring you have all the guidance needed to maximize the benefits of this empowering exercise.
