Selfcare does not need to be another chore, keeping it simple helps us build it into every day. When we find life is challenging, it matters we find ways to hold on, this wee postcard while not a replacement for professional advice may offer some ideas which help, even a wee bit and often that adds up to a lot.

How It Works

  • Daily Activities: Choose from a variety of self-care activities such as meditation, exercise, reading, or journaling. What matters is you find something that works for you.

  • Track Your Progress: Record each activity you complete by putting a star or some other note on the card to remind you of the action you took today.

  • Reflect and plan: At the end of the week, reflect on how things went, making time for you and considering planning what you intend to do in the week ahead. Prioritise yourself, starting today, remember selfcare should be something you enjoy and not another thing which makes you feel under pressure. You do matter

Why let the huge faceless corporations have all the fun (and the money)? Your small business can make a huge difference but it needs a smart website to support it.
