Managing the stress of redundancy

Finding that the post you hold is at risk of being made redundant or has been made redundant can be very stressful. Remember, it is the post that has been made redundant and while obviously this feels very personal, as its your post, you are not redundant, the post is.  This may even be one door closing, but a new more exciting door is just around the corner.
